Cainan, originally from New Jersey, draws inspiration from his Brazilian and Japanese heritage. With nearly two decades in the food world, he’s known for his ability to weave tradition with innovation, transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary. Today, he’s the creative mind and managing partner behind Bull & Bread and Bahn Sai, two highly anticipated culinary concepts opening soon at Gather COLA. More About Christine
Christine, born and raised in Miami with a proud Cuban background, has always believed coffee is more than a drink—it’s a ritual of connection. After leading operations for Dr.Smood, a café brand spanning Miami and New York, she developed a reputation for building spaces where wellness, hospitality, and great coffee come together. Now stepping into her role as General Manager for Gather COLA, Christine continues to share her passion for creating welcoming environments where people gather, sip, and feel at home. Her expertise shines in every cup, where detail, warmth, and personality are always infused.

Bringing Experience to Community
Together, Christine and Cainan founded Kuppa Koffee, a mobile coffee business built on their shared love for culture, flavor, and storytelling. What started as conversations about food and coffee blossomed into a love story and a partnership that’s all about blending their talents to create experiences that are both delicious and meaningful. As Artists in Residence at Station, Christine and Cainan are excited to bring their culinary artistry, cultural fusion, and playful, coffee-fueled spirit to their neighbors—sparking joy, flavor, and connection one cup, one bite, and one gathering at a time.
